Working in partnership to deliver upfront property information
The Coal Authority and HM Land Registry have partnered for this year’s Mortgage Advice Bureau’s annual event, sharing the same and common goal – providing upfront, digital data from source.
Being innovators, we believe technology can bring significant change, especially for the homebuying and selling experience. Technology has much to offer in the homebuying process and we understand that most lenders would like to be able to make instant mortgage decisions. However, lack of information to support these decisions earlier in the customer journey makes this virtually impossible.
Our relationships with lenders have gained momentum over the past few years to understand the challenges and obstacles they face regarding mortgage approvals. We know that the ability to gather information needs to be more readily available – within seconds – enabling faster and more accurate underwriting, combining multiple data sources.
