Ochre and how it can be used

An example of Ochre
We produce thousands of tonnes of hydro ferric oxide, which is also known as ochre, every year.
This material is ideal for use in ground remediation projects to immobilise contaminants – such as arsenic, lead and cadmium.
How ochre can be used
Our ochre has already been used successfully in land remediation projects – and we’re always looking to be involved in future developments.
It can also act as a replacement for ferric sulphate in waste water treatment and it can even be used as an iron oxide pigment.
