Our Enviro All-in-One report combines our industry leading official 2018 CON29M with the Screening report from Groundsure, highlighting specific information on the potential hazards related to key environmental factors. This report is also available for both on and off coalfield non-residential property transactions.
Our unique Geographical Information System (GIS) contains comprehensive data to accurately describe the known and suspected risks associated with the coal mining industry of Britain.
Combined with key information from Groundsure, surrounding key environmental factors such as historical land use, flooding, natural subsidence hazards and contaminated land risks, the Enviro All-in-One report gives customers an excellent understanding of geographical risks.
The database is updated every 24 hours as new hazards and cases of subsidence are reported.
