Our Surface Hazard Incident report is an exclusive, tailored report on the specific details of a surface hazard which has been treated by the Coal Authority’s public safety team.

Our unique database has been created using thousands of individual treated surface hazards, ranging from shallow coal mine workings collapses to depressions or ground collapses over recorded, or unrecorded, coal mine entries.

The database is updated every 24 hours as new hazards are reported and treated by the Coal Authority’s dedicated public safety team.

Why you need it

If a treated coal mining related hazard is identified in our official Law Society approved CON29M, our Ground Stability or our Enviro All-in-One report within a property boundary, the Surface Hazard Incident report provides details on the incident from our unique archive.

Mine Gas Emission report

Our unique Mine Gas Emissions report provides bespoke information on the details of mine gas incidents that have been treated by the Coal Authority.

Our unique database contains details of treated mine gas issues, such as our mine gas venting stations, which deal with the range of coal mine related gases: carbon dioxide, methane, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulphide.

The database is updated every 24 hours as new mine gas incidents are reported and treated.
