This update provides further information about the ground collapse in the grassed verge on Camberwell Drive.

Remediation options

Our consultants have completed their review of the different options. We are now looking in detail at the options they identified as technically viable. We will share the findings and the benefits and challenges of the potential options at the next residents meeting.

Ongoing monitoring and Maintenance of the site

We are continuing to monitor the site regularly and can confirm that there has been no further movement or instability.
